Dr Ian

Having worked at a variety of private practices throughout Brisbane since graduating from the University of Queensland in 2016, Dr Ian and his wife are now looking to settle down in the south side of Brisbane after welcoming their first child. They’re excited to put down roots and build their life here as a growing family.

Dr Ian’s passion for dentistry goes beyond fixing teeth — he loves showing patients exactly what he sees and giving clear, practical explanations so they feel informed and confident about their care. Having met many patients who’ve had less-than-positive dental experiences in the past, he understands that the best results come from progress, not perfection. His philosophy is to guide people towards better oral health through achievable steps, gentle treatment, and a warm, empathetic approach.

With many years of involvement in his local church youth group, Dr Ian enjoys working with young patients and helping kids develop healthy dental habits from an early age. Whether he’s treating a toddler or a retiree, he aims to make every visit as comfortable as possible.

Outside of work, Dr Ian enjoys spending time with friends and family, engaging in a wide range of conversations from tech and music to investing, and making the most of life with his young family in Brisbane.
