Do you accept walk-ins?
While we prioritise scheduled appointments, we do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on availability. For urgent dental needs, please call ahead.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a late cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need.
Do you offer emergency dental services?
Yes – we do. Tranquility Dentistry have a policy of keeping appointments available for emergency dental services. Whilst we hope you never need dental care in an emergency – we are here for you if you do. If you are having a dental emergency give us a call as soon as possible and we’ll help you however we can.

Our philosophy is to find the best solution for your dental health, taking into account all relevant factors, and do the best job we can with the least amount of discomfort possible. We will take the time to listen to your concerns, help you understand your diagnosis and explain different treatment options so you can make the best choice for yourself. To make your experience more comfortable we ensure we are as gentle as possible, and make sure you can communicate with us through your procedure, and we also provide options for anxiety and fear to help you.
We are conveniently located in Yamanto, just south of the Ipswich city centre (close to Raceview and Flinders View), servicing West (Willowbank, Amberley, Walloon), South (Deebing Heights, Ripley and Providence), East (Collingwood Park, Redbank and Springfield) and North (Brassal, Karalee) of Ipswich, but we welcome everyone!
As we believe your dental treatment doesn’t start and end with your teeth, we will be welcoming you to your visit with some questions which you may not usually expect at a checkup. Your work schedule, family commitments, and overall health will help us to determine how best to help you long term.
We work with people of all ages, but are particularly known for our nurturing and care of little ones. We take excellent care of your children and like to make going to the dentist something that they can enjoy and be relaxed about, not scared. We do not hesitate to help children to relax with our supportive team, toys and if needed we don’t hesitate to use a little nitrous oxide (happy gas) to ease the process in the dental chair. We have an awards program for our little ones to help them to feel, strong, brave and confident in coming to the dentist.
